Winter Santorini? Is it worth it? The weather is unstable, it might be cold or it may be rainy…even snow sometimes but that is very rare!

There will be just a few visitors though and all the island will be there just for you 🙂 Therefore it depends what kind of person you are and your priorities!

PORTRAITURE AND A PROPOSAL – WINTER SANTORINI

A proposal (surprise or not) is almost every time combined with a portraiture session, either priorly or after the proposal and even better, before and after the proposal!

That is exactly what Alex wanted before his proposal to Poyan

A couples photography session is a service I offer and there are some variations mainly based on the time length.

On this occasion we had enough time to visit two different areas and various spots of Santorini island before the proposal.

Time is always important as there is a continues battle of time vs quality (and quantity)!

PROPOSAL IN A VENUE – WINTER SANTORINI

Alex had booked a room with a hotel with a balcony just above Santorini caldera at Fira.

Everything was organized and although it was a rainy and windy day, things went just fine!! Ok, there are always unpredictable factors, weather on this occasion. That is winter Santorini!

PHOTOGRAPHY ON A RAINY DAY – WINTER SANTORINI

It was raining! That was a big issue!! Or not? Well, both me and this lovely couple, we did not mind! “Lets go with the flow” we said!

Last part of our photo session took place in their room! Problem solved!
