Thassos wedding photography. This beautiful wedding took place at the equally beautiful island of Thassos (or Thasos).
More specifically at the Alexandra Beach Spa Resort, which is situated at Potos area.
Fantastic people
Leonidas and Despina are fantastic people, with exceptional personalities and good sense of aesthetics! Being their wedding photographer and especially at this marvellous destination, was a real pleasure!
I have to add, that all guests and relatives were equally of the same standards as the new married couple. I hope they will enjoy this “Thassos wedding photography” post 🙂

Greek wedding Customs and positive vibes
The marriage ceremony was a religious Greek Orthodox wedding and was held at Potos villages main Temple “kimiseos tis Theotokou”
Some Greek wedding customs were followed but mainly the wedding day was a Chill out, easy going one with positive vibes.
Wedding Rings and Wedding Dress
The wedding rings were creation by Gatsos Jewels and credits has to be given to Nassos Couture for the wedding dress.

Reception and Fine Dinning
As mentioned above, all festivities, hospitality and events were held at Alexandra beach Spa resort.
The food at the reception was Top class, a gourmet combination of Greek cuisine with International touches!

Wedding Portraits Photography Session
When first meet with Leonidas and Despoina, the lovely bride to be shared her concerns with me regarding the wedding portraits session and the fact that she did not feel very comfortable with the thought of being photographed and pose in a staged photography deddion.
Before I left Thassos, Despoina told me that she enjoyed this particular session very much in contrast of her initial concerns! That means that we did something well and I believe that this can be seen at the results!! Well done Despoina and Leonidas 🙂

Seagulls and Mount Athos
Such a wonderful view experience, to watch every day the Halkidiki peninsula, the Mount Athos (Holly Mountain) and the seagulls flying!
